Parifi is committed to complying with international laws and regulations. Our Restricted Jurisdiction Policy is designed to clarify the use of our services in jurisdictions subject to sanctions and regulations that may impact the use of blockchain technology and decentralized finance services.

**Compliance with Sanctions and Regulations** 

By using Parifi’s services, you affirm and agree that you are NOT:

1. **Subject to Sanctions**: You are not the target of any sanctions administered or enforced by any global or national legal or regulatory authority, including but not limited to:

   * The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
   * The United Nations Security Council
   * The European Union
   * Her Majesty’s Treasury
   * Any other legal or regulatory authority in any applicable jurisdiction

2. **Listed on Sanctions Lists**: You are not listed on any sanctions lists, including but not limited to:

   * The Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List)
   * The Consolidated Sanctions List (Non-SDN Lists)
   * Any other sanctions lists administered by OFAC or similar regulatory bodies

3. **Located in Sanctioned Countries or Territories**: You are not located, organized, resident, or a citizen in a country or territory that is the subject of sanctions or whose government is sanctioned. This includes, but is not limited to:
   * Côte d’Ivoire
   * Cuba
   * Belarus
   * Iran
   * Iraq
   * Liberia
   * North Korea
   * Sudan
   * Syria

4. **Excluded Jurisdictions**: You are not a resident or citizen of certain jurisdictions where Parifi’s services may not be used due to legal and regulatory constraints. As of the date of these Terms, these jurisdictions include:
   * Canada
   * Switzerland
   * The United States of America

**User Responsibility and Due Diligence**

 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with this Restricted Jurisdiction Policy. You should conduct due diligence to understand the legal and regulatory environment of your jurisdiction in relation to the use of blockchain technology and decentralized finance services.

**Updates to Policy** 

Parifi reserves the right to update or modify this Restricted Jurisdiction Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated through our official channels, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

**Acknowledgment** 

By accessing or using Parifi’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Restricted Jurisdiction Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Parifi’s services.
